Trinity College

Since our program’s relaunch in 2014, Capitol Squash has been based at Trinity College. Both academic and squash sessions take place in Trinity’s Ferris Athletic Center.

Trinity students volunteer with both tutoring and squash sessions. The second oldest college in Connecticut also boasts the country’s strongest squash program, with its women’s and men’s teams winning a combined 23 national team championships since 1999. Trinity’s men’s team holds the longest winning streak in the history of college athletics.

celebrating our longest partnership

“The collaboration between Trinity College and Capitol Squash is powerful and life changing. To see our players work with the young people of Hartford and feel so good about themselves is reinforcing. To see the young people gain confidence and truly believe that they can do something special with their lives makes this program one of the very best things that happens in the Kellner Squash Center.”

Head Men’s Squash Coach Emeritus, Trinity College
"The partnership between Trinity College and Capitol Squash has allowed us to share Trinity’s love of squash with Hartford youth for over 10 years. We are so excited to watch our partnership become even stronger. This special relationship will continue to benefit young Hartford students for years to come.”

“Capitol Squash helps Hartford students find pathways to education. Trinity’s squash program has attracted student-athletes from all over the world for the better part of a quarter century, and we now have a Capitol Squash graduate from our hometown playing squash at Trinity. It’s hopefully the beginning of many Hartford students attending this caliber of school, all because of what Capitol Squash offers and because Trinity is invested in their success.”
