Corporate Engagement Opportunities
TEAM UP DAYS
Bond with your team while connecting with Hartford youth.
Bring your staff to Trinity College for a fun, high-energy day of team building and connection! Capitol Squash students will lead your employees through games, icebreakers, and an introduction to squash—all in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Whether your employees are brand new to racquet sports or experienced athletes, Team Up Days are designed to get everyone involved, laughing, and connecting.
Your company receives:
- A meaningful team-building day your employees will talk about afterward
- An opportunity to connect directly with local Hartford youth and gain a deeper understanding of the Hartford community your company serves
- Photos and videos to share on your social media and website
Capitol Squash gains:
- Practice for students in public speaking, coaching, and leadership

A recommended $1,000 donation to Capitol Squash helps cover the cost of running this event and supports our youth development program.
LUNCH & LEARNS
Bring Capitol Squash to your workplace and learn how your team can make an impact.
Capitol Squash will come to your office where, over lunch, we’ll share about our program, the students we serve, and the impact we are making in Hartford. We’ll present the ways your company and employees can get involved—from sponsorships and volunteer opportunities to employee engagement events.
Your company receives:
- An easy, low-lift way to engage employees around community impact and gain a deeper understanding of the Hartford community your company serves
- A pathway for staff to become volunteers

VOLUNTEER DAYS
Share your expertise, build connections, and invest in Hartford’s youth.
Bring your staff to Trinity College for a meaningful day of volunteering with Capitol Squash students. We’ll work with your company to tailor the experience around your team’s interests and areas of expertise.
Your employees can provide one-on-one tutoring, share their career journeys, or lead sessions on topics such as financial literacy, personal branding, and interview skills. It’s a chance for your staff to share what they know while building genuine connections with local Hartford students.

CAPITOL CUP SPONSORSHIP
Support Capitol Squash’s annual fundraiser and invest in the future of Hartford’s youth.
The Capitol Cup is our annual fundraising tournament, where six squash teams compete in one energetic day. It draws local business leaders, engaged citizens, and change makers, which makes it a great place to build your network and put your brand in front of people who care about opportunity, youth development, and education.
